The first in the "Passage" series, this project involved placing a blank canvas on the ground in a specific urban location for a limited time. Passage, Venice was set on - Ponte dei Pugni - from dawn to dusk.
The white chalk covering the canvas, gradually worn down by the passage of the people , created a dual portrait—one of Venice’s distinctive urban texture and another of fleeting human encounters.
